New Media Teaching Artist A native from Bolivia, Ned Meneses completed his high school education in the US and graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word. He has shown digital art at various galleries locally and internationally and continues to explore artistic principles across various media. When Ned first worked with SAY Sí in 2003 he joined as a Media Arts Studio instructor, and participated in the evolution of MAS into a high performance film program. Ned joined the HIVE studio through its formative phase shortly after the newest program was added.
