Nikki Leal is a San Antonio-based attorney who has been licensed to practice law in Texas for ten years. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Originally from Crystal City, Texas, Nikki developed an early appreciation for the arts through her involvement in band, which provided her with a meaningful outlet for creativity, connection, and personal growth. That experience continues to inspire her support of SAY Sí and its mission to empower young people through artistic expression.

Nikki is passionate about public service and creating opportunities for young people to recognize their potential, develop their voices, and become forces for positive change in their communities. Outside of her professional and community involvement, she is an avid runner and enjoys life in San Antonio’s Dignowity Hill neighborhood with her husband and their three beloved pets.
