Erik is an architectural designer, husband and proud father of three amazing children. He has a degree in Architecture from UTSA and spent his early career as a systems designer and mechanical engineer in the industrial refrigeration sector. He is a native of the Netherlands and has traveled throughout Europe, Africa, Central and South America driving his passion for cultures and history.
