Alex Casso is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and filmmaker with more than a decade of experience working with young people and communities. A graduate of NYU with a BFA in Studio Art, his practice spans visual art, film, public art, and arts education. He believes creativity is innate in all of us and that visual expression is one of humanity’s earliest and most fundamental forms of communication. His teaching creates space for young people to acquire concrete artistic skills, experiment, take creative risks, and develop their own artistic voices.
